In my Essential Skills class, I’ll cover the basic skills you need to make a simple but delicious dinner, including:
- Saute basics
- Dicing an onion
- Making pan sauce
- Making a vinaigrette
Ingredients for the standard course will be provided. Materials (knives, cutting boards) can be provided or we can use your own.
Classes start at $60 per person, up to four people for a 2 – 3 hour course. Classes are offered in your home in San Francisco and San Mateo counties.
