In this class, we will cover how to prepare a dinner party for four to eight people. You will learn to prepare the dishes ahead of time so you can enjoy your guests without being stuck in the kitchen.
Along the way, students learn the fundamentals of menu planning, essential knife skills, understanding food/wine paring, and how to approach grocery shopping.
Ingredients for the standard course will be provided. Materials (knives, cutting boards) can be provided or we can use your own.
Classes start at $60 per person, up to four people for a 2 – 3 hour course. Classes are offered in your home in San Francisco and San Mateo counties.
