My husband took a cooking class with Issac and I was the lucky recipient of the results!  It was a delicious meal and my husband found the cooking to be enjoyable and easy to prep.  I am expecting many more delicious meals w/the helpful tips and ideas that Isaac provided!

Isaac is friendly and easy to work with in your own kitchen at home.  He taught my husband to cook his favorite Italian dish — Spicy Cajun Seafood with Fresh Fettuccine, along with Chanterelle Mushrooms Bruschetta and a side of Fresh Mozarella and Heirloom Tomatoes.  The entire house was filled with tantalizing aromas of savoring Italian seasonings.  It was such a nice treat and we enjoyed a delicious meal!  I highly recommend Isaac, his style is simple to follow and we are looking forward to his next cooking session of our choice!!

I took a wonderful class with Isaac yesterday evening. He came to my place in San Francisco and taught me and two of my young professional friends knife and essential skills for a great price (much cheaper given all that we did than several cooking schools I research online). Not only did we make a healthy and super tasty chicken salad with pearl couscous, he also showed us how to make a simple mozzarella appetizer. Isaac was patient with us the whole time and answered all the questions we threw at him. He brought all the food and knives. We supplied the cookware and plates. I would highly recommend this to anyone and very interested in taking another class with him soon!
